Take a full day tour to explore Hanoi’s long-standing history. In the morning, visit Ba Dinh Square in which contains Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (CLOSED ON MONDAYS & FRIDAYS) and One Pillar Pagoda before moving to Presidential Palace Vietnam. Then, you are going to discover the first university of Vietnam, the Hanoi Temple of Literature, which is imbued with the profound Confucianism philosophies. In the afternoon, we continue to visit Hoan Kiem Lake, The Huc Bridge and Ngoc Son Temple. A one-hour cyclo tour of Hanoi's Old Quarter allows you to catch a glimpse of ancient Hanoi and learn about traditional Vietnamese architecture. The tour includes a stop at an ancient Vietnamese “long house".

Overnight in Hanoi.

Fly to Hue, the ancient capital of Vietnam. Upon arrival, take an excursion to the Hue Imperial City and Dong Ba Market. The spectacular citadel (which was built in accordance to strict principles of geomancy) containing palaces, ornate halls, libraries, residences and colleges.

In the afternoon, visit the poetic Tu Duc Tomb and Thien Mu Pagoda. Enjoy a peaceful boat trip on the Huong River and relax on a cruise back to the city.

Overnight in Hue.

Drive along the coast and via mountain passes to Hoi An with a stop en route at the picturesque view of Lang Co Beach. Upon arrival in Hoi An, visit one of Hoi An’s famous Lantern Making Classes and learn how to make one yourself before setting out on a walking tour to explore this World Heritage Site.

Highlights including Fujian Assembly Hall, the 400-year-old Japanese Bridge and the Hoi An Central Market.

Take a peaceful boat trip on the Thu Bon River and afterwards enjoy free time to further discover the Hoi An Ancient Town.

Depart for Da Nang to catch your flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival, transfer to a hotel and the rest of the day is at your leisure.

In the morning we are going to visit the amazing Cu Chi Tunnels where Vietnamese guerrillas built a labyrinth of narrow tunnels as hideouts during the war.

Return to Ho Chi Minh City in the afternoon for a half-day city tour. Highlights include Independence Palace (photo stop), Saigon Notre Dame Cathedral, Saigon Central Post Office, Saigon China Town, Binh Tay Market and either Thien Hau Pagoda or Quan Am Pagoda.
