Take a morning drive to Can Tho city (with or without a transfer guide). Arrive in Can Tho and board the riverboat Bassac. Have lunch onboard and continue to move on the water. Stop for a brief walking tour of villages lining the riverbanks with the Bassac’s guide. Dock at Co Chien for an overnight stay.

Cruise to the Cai Be Floating Market in the morning before continuing to travel by boat to a family-run business producing rice paper.

Drive back to Ho Chi Minh City (with or without transfer guide). [Breakfast]
